How to create anti-goal?
Take a moment to list your usual complaints, the one that slip through the tongue, frustrated about your day, your job, or even your relationship.
What are your anti-goals?
Write your complaint. Your frustration.
E.g of complaint:
“I always continually sleeping and never qiam!”
Write the opposite of the complaint. What are you going to do about it?
Before bed, I am going to schedule 15 minutes of qiam at 4am every day.
Anti-goal helps us to be more clear on what we don’t like, where we don’t want to be, and the things that are not working for us.
